Warranty & Returns Information
Repair Warranty

Repairs are warranted to be in good working order at the time of
shipment, unless otherwise specified.
•
Requests for warranty repairs must be made within 90 days, so please
test each board within that period to assure that it works properly.
New Board Warranty
All products manufactured by WORLD are fully guaranteed against defects
in components and workmanship for a period of one year from date
of original shipment to you, not from
the date you install it -
so please, install each board as soon as possible to verify that
it functions properly. WORLD’s warranty is limited to repair
or replacement, at WORLD’s option, of any product, which
fails due to faulty materials or workmanship.
Returns
No new products purchased from WORLD should be returned for credit without prior
return authorization and an RMA number, which may be obtained by telephone
from WORLD’s sales department. Items returned for credit are subject
to a 15% restocking charge and will be accepted only if in new condition and
in original packaging. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice should
accompany items. Items returned as defective must be returned within 30 days
of authorization. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Insurance and
Product Damage
WORLD maintains a blanket insurance policy on all goods in transit
from Reading, PA via common carrier.
Purchaser should:

Inspect shipment upon receipt.
•
Immediately report damages to common carrier.
•
Preserve packaging materials involved until advised to release
them by carrier’s representative.
•
Advise WORLD’s customer service department of damage.
